I just wanted to say thank you for such a lovely weekend at Ski Cove House! It couldn't have been better. The house was magnificent - very
comfortable and really easy to feel at home in. We also loved going out fishing in the boat!
I even got stuck into the puzzles - it's been a long time since I've attempted a puzzle so it was a lot of fun!

We arrived late at night, tired after a long journey but upon entering Skicove House our spirits were immediately lifted not the least by the excitement of our children and the beauty of the moon shimmering over the lake.
This house on Smith's Lake is truly wonderful, in a great position and quality facilities throughout.
If you are looking for total relaxation particularly if you have a family then this is the place to be.
We had a great time and will definitely go back again.
Also an added bonus is the outstanding service provided by Kate, the property manager, simply the best !!

Picture watching a beautiful sunset from the outdoor heated spa, overlooking the lake... Ahhhhh... Perfect... Oh and Kel said yes!! Many many thanks Kate and Mark for making our stay special, we will being seeing you guys for sure in the near future.

we went here just by chance for our honeymoon and boy are we glad we did!
We recommend this to anyone who loves peace and quiet! It was comfortable, luxurious and extremely well equipped with everything you could need!
great views of the lake from every angle, the bedrooms were all a great size and the rear deck was great for romantic evening dinners outside.
We had a fantastic week and on the last day we got to hand feed 5 kookaburras and a couple of lorikeets oh i cant forget the possum! brilliant!
We couldnt have picked a better house OR a better host! Kate you were GREAT! you and your family made everthing perfect!
We cant wait to come back and MAYBE share it with our children lol.

Our stay at Ski Cove House turned out to be a hit with all our family. With ages ranging from 18 months to 66 years there was something for everyone. As soon as you enter the property you feel right at home - it really has a wonderful atmosphere! Our week long stay went all too quickly and before we left we were planning our next stay - TRULY PERFECT

We had a great time at Ski Cove House. There is so much to do for everyone from relaxing in the outdoor spa to using the boats and wave skis or having races using the razor scooters. The local wildlife paid us nightly vists where hand feeing the kookaburras and possums became a regular occurance. The balconies are large with an amazing view of the lake and plenty of room for quiet reading/sunbaking. The whole family had a fantastic time and we hope to return next year for another great holiday.

Our whole family had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone in 5 living spaces: music and games areas for the teenagers, TV and DVDs for the little ones, spa and wonderful views directly over the lake or peace and quiet and reading for the adults. Boating on the lake from our doorstep was a real highlight. Really classy throughout. We'll be back next year!

We could not ask for a perfect RELAXING holiday. We fed the kookaburras in the morning and the possums at night. The view to the lake was breathtaking in the mornings and the sunsets were just the same. We have recommended this house to our family and friends. It was actually great to have a holiday where we didn't have to go to different places to have fun , everything was there for us in the house and on the lake. We all cant wait to return. What a beautiful property in an absolutely gorgeous location! We were so impressed with everything that the house and it's surroundings had to offer. The kids had a ball! Certainly beats the hectic Gold Coast holidays! This has to be the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in, as it is so well managed and has everything you could possibly want to keep you and your family entertained. It was such a magical experience to be sitting in the spa each evening as the moon sparkled on Smith Lake. The kids loved the daily visits from the Kookaburras and possums, who were happy to be handfed. We definitely hope to return.

This will be our third return. During winter we wouldn't go anywhere else. Very cosy, heaps of room, extremely quiet. Just the place to go to ... get away from it ALL!
